What is OSN Biology SMA 2023?
OSN Biology SMA 2023 is the national level biology olympiad for student in Senior High School (SMA). This olympiad is held by The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. It is a competition to test the understanding and skills of the student in biology subject. This competition is open for all student in Senior High School throughout Indonesia.
What are the stages of the competition?
The competition is divided into three stages which are:
- Stage 1: Regional Level
- Stage 2: National Level
- Stage 3: International Level (optional)
Stage 1 is the regional level competition in which student have to compete with other student in their own region. This stage will determine the qualified student to the national level competition. The winner of the stage 1 will be selected to compete in stage 2. In stage 2, the winner of stage 1 will compete with other student from all regions in Indonesia. The winner of stage 2 will be selected to compete in international level competition. However, this stage is optional and not mandatory.
